CFLOGO2008

Dear Cornfesters,

Unfortuantely due to the inclement conditions we are sorry to announce that the Corn Festival 2008 will not be taking place at Sefter Farm as planned and has been postponed until further notice.

Entry is free with a £5 parking donation going to charity.

Join Bob Cob for a day of fun and feasting at the Food Festival with a heart. In aid of local charities, CornFest 2008 offers something for all the family with live music, a range of activities for the children including pony rides, an inflatable play area and other side show entertainments.

Meet a growing artisan band of skilled producers and farmers showing the abundance of prize winning locally produced fresh foods at our Food Village and Farmers' Market.

This year's ingredients include the return of many family favourites including guided farm tours by tractor and a petting zoo. An arts and crafts area will feature work by local artists and craftsmen.

11am - 4pm

Something for Everyone!

"CornFest really does offer something for everyone," said Graham Young, Barfoot's Managing Director. "It's a fantastic summer event, offering fun, fresh air and the chance to get your hands on some of the best tasting sweetcorn. It's also a great opportunity to see a locally based grower in action, and find out more about the environmentally friendly farming practices we employ."
