As our business continues to grow so do the opportunities for employment within our company. Opportunities exist for both temporary and permanent employment here at Barfoots, depending upon the time of year and type of work sought. Numbers employed on the Farm and in the Packhouse vary significantly during the year due to the seasonal nature of our work.

We employ HOPS students under the Seasonal Agricultural Workers Scheme (SAW) sponsored by the Government.

We are a member of MDS which offers Management Training for Graduates in the Fresh Food and Produce Industry. This is a unique organisation run by member companies with a common goal; to attract high-calibre recruits with management potential into our industry.
