Sweetcorn Gratin

1 cup (250 ml) milk

2 cups (500 ml) sweetcorn kernels

1 up (250 ml) breadcrumbs

1 tsp salt

1 pinch pepper

2 tbsp butter

In a shallow over-proof dish, lay out: sweetcorn, crumbs, butter, seasoning, a little milk, and repeat.

Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees F.
